remember the 30 pages of rules made before the debate, well one of them said you could not bring in any thing yourself, such as notecards. If you wanted a black piece of paper to take notes during the debate, it would be put on the podium for you.
It seems kerry did reach into his pocket and pull out a couple notecards during the debate. To me this seems like Kerry is given a clear advantage because all his ideas are cleary written down for him, while Bush has to think for himself. Interested to see if people view this as cheating or a minor detail.
