Underflip help

so today i made an ok jump, it wasn't really that lippy (pretty flat take off). i could throw the underflip to my feet every time but just a touch front seat everytime. and the skis kept sliding out from under me, i'm thinking the jump was too flat for the steeper landing. thoughts?

ya an underflip is easier with a backflip kicker and the steeper the landing will be the less you're going to have to flip so it will also be easier if your landing is steeper.

its going to be much harder for you to get that rotation going on a flat lip, so im thinking that was your problem.
