Replying to Need help with skateboard edit +k

Hey M&A, i am the photographer and filmer for my schools skateboard team. I got pictures under control, but this is my first skate edit. My coach wants me to make an end of the season edit. I have never made a skate edit and i havent really watched too many either.
-So i need ideas on how to film
-what to film
-and what makes one skate edit better than another?

any advice on the filming and editing would be greatly appreciated. +k for help
