A quick exporting question

I've got a video I did for a local hip-hop group and they want it on Youtube. It's already on Vimeo, but since I never upload to Youtube, I was wondering if I should change any setting from the Vimeo copy? I followed the Vimeo Compression settings (h.264, 1920 x 1080 HD, etc...)

Also, one more question while I'm at it (couldn't find it in the search bar). If I shot in 60 fps NTSC, should I export at 30 fps or 29.97 fps? Same question goes for the key frame rate.
