I'm doing some colour correcting by the numbers, how do I see the RGB balance values of differant parts of clips?
like in photoshop how it shows it in the info panel whenever you run your cursor over the image
any help would be very much appreciated

if you go to:
Window (in the top bar)
>arrange
>>color correction it brings up all your scopes which are, Waveform Monitor, Vectorscope, Histogram, RGB Parade
you can bring them up separately, too

Im not looking at FCP right now, but im pretty sure you can do this by going to the "Window" tab and then going to something along the lines of layout, then there should be one tha says "Color Correction"
