now to anyone who says "man the fuck up and don't land backseat and you won't get shinbang," I will give minus K (oooh big threat i know). I know the only cure for shinbang is to not suck and land like a pro. but as we all know, shinbang sucks and can ruin a vacation, and a broken shin can ruin a season, so don't give me shit. if there is anything i can do to reduce shinbang and the risk of shin break, i'll do it.
also, someone told me i can write my name with my feet in the air and this strengthens the muscles in the shin. true? Thanks for all helpful responses
