eat what you want but not in excess and limit yourself. definitely no junk food though.

find healthy food that you really like. i love eating avocados, bananas, nuts, lasagne, fried rice etc. all taste so good. just don't buy junk food.

obviously both but you can lose all the weight you want while doing nothing if you limit your calories and just fill yourself up with water, fruits, and veggies. you might as well not be lazy and get exercise though if you want to lose weight.

salads n shit. seriously, just eat cereal, salad, some meat, and fruit. everything else is just bad for you. fucking fatty foods errywhere. grains, fruits, veges, protein.MAKE YOU STRONG LIKE OXEN

drink a ton of water and that'll both put you at the proper intake for a day (it's way more than any of us think) and it'll fill you up and keep you from snacking on fatty foods

for meals eat stuff you like but that you know is healthy. i know you know what is good for you and what isn't, so find a balance of nutrition and flavor. don't eat pine nuts and kale for every meal, mix it up and find stuff you enjoy

i eat a lot of eggs, fish, fruit, whole grain bread, and sandwiches with organic fillings. most of those things aren't over the top healthy but they're all tasty and would be considered "good eatin"

Im trying to lose a couple pounds right now for summer and i sometimes switch off, (though i try to keep a pretty good balance between eating right and exercise) If I'm tired and don't want to exercise i just limit my calorie intake and if I know I'm going to a big dinner or something i try to exercise more.

also, unless your like extremely fat don't just starve yourself. The only thing not eating will do is cause your body to go into starvation mode, which means it will begin to conserve calories instead of losing them.
