Ebay is usually really careful about its sellars and if a sellar is bogus they will kick them off. So, I'd say they are probably legit.

^ Haha there are lots of people who get screwed on Ebay. When the X Box just came out this guy was selling a picture of an X Box. but he put the word picture in real small print. I forget now but I think the guy sold it for $150 or something. When the guy who bought it got the picture in the mail, he was really pissed off, but there was nothing he could do because he was stupid and can't read properly.
