Replying to Problems/Questions

I thought this would be a good thread to make...a place where people can ask questions or post problems they are having and hopefully get some answers.

Currently I am having a problem with loading instruments into the Ableton workspace. It won't let me drag any of the instruments like Drum Rack, Impulse, or Simpler into the workspace and I'm not quite sure why. I can drag in my VST's but no instruments. Has anyone had this problem before?
