hey, so all i've heard about the FR's is that they're amazing. i'm going to get them as my next pair of skis, but i'm not so sure on the price. is the $550 really worth it? i'm going to have to save up all year to be able to buy a pair. or does anyone know where i can get previous years models for cheaper? i looked and couldn't find any. thanks as always.

Probably, I mean any other comparable ski is going to be what, 150$ cheaper, might as well just get em.
Just curious, but where do get money? If you are older than like 14 you could probably get a decent summer job and make a couple grand a summer.

i think he means, when this sale comes around next year, then get a pair. but it will then be "this" upcoming years model.

God dammit why does 171 have to be just that little bit to small. Oh well, pretty sure 176 FR's is my ski next year if I'm staying on the east coast for Uni, if I'm doing a gap year in whistler its 181 caylors!

You probably want to do a gap year. I mean... why not? If you're going to be on the EC for a couple more years, might as well get out for a minute in between!

I applied to photography at Ryerson in toronto and if I get accepted I can't defer it, so I'd risk not getting in the next year. And yes, the level of applicants varies year to year, its my dream program and whistler will be there when I graduate.
