Killys just a few weeks away from making snow!. I remember i went over thanksgiving last year. Worst expierience of my life. But hey it was skiing. When else on the east coast can you golf and ski the same weekend? haha

I've skied Killy as early as Nov 8th (2 years ago I think), and while the snow wasn't great, at least it was skiing, and for a first day back on snow it couldn't be beat.

aweeeeeeesome. although it will be 1 or 2 trails with 100s of people on a sheet of ice with 100 snow guns full blast all the time. BUT ITS SKIING. AND I LOVE SKIING

Got my season pass, hoping to ski during thanksgiving break and then for about 2 weeks during xmas. Real excited about the new park at Bear though, that'll be real sweet

i remember two seasons ago it opened on october 13th... it was friday the 13th, and they had top-to-bottom. it was great fun.

i got a letter from killington today which gave the legit stuff about this years parks, there's too much to write but if anyone's interested in hearin it then maybe i'll put some stuff on that u haven't probably heard

40 new rails in the next 2 years

t bar on pipe (yeah right, ill bet 100 that it doesnt happen)

company bought killingtons debt, and some land to create a village

that bout sums it up, ooh and cableless ski lifts

parks moving from snowshed (ugghhhhh...) to bear (wheee!). more snowmaking on devil's fiddle (wheee!), 40 something rails by killington's number estimates, 20 rails by normal people's numbers (under the concept that 6-8' of 'killington' snow is equeal to around 3' of 'real' snow. superpipe is being moved to bear as well (wheee!). bear gets more sun exposure, and less joeys than snowshed. thats about all that i know of as far as the parkk being moved at the big kill.

u guys got the right the idea, but i got a couple more things to add. there's gonna be an intermediate kinda park on middle dreammaker, a normal park on grizzly, some jibs on the right hand side of bear trap and at the end of wildfire, and it's supposed to be like 75% chance of a tbar which means nothing right now. it's gonnna be so freakin sick this year

oct 25 is nuts, but as said its skiing, also skiing in the NE in late oct-thankgiving is crazym like 2 trails and ice and bare spots



-let people do what they want, ski how you want, make whoever you want your role model its your choice
-i love to ski, so should you, its fun, try it sometime
