Sigma 70-300 mm - F/4.0-5.6 for 70$?

is it worth it? i know its not a 'great' telephoto but i figure for 70 bucks, can't go wrong? Although if its that cheap should i be skeptic?

If the lens is in great condition should i get it?

nope 70$. getting it second hand^^

the seller is also selling a
Teleconverter 2x series 1 Vivitar autofocus for Canon
for 80$. Call me a n00b but iv never heard of such a converter. apparently this would enable me to shoot at 600mm, not even sure if thats necessary but kinda cool.

all thoughts and inputs are strongly encouraged and appreciated.

If you don't shoot a lot of telephoto like me, it's a great lens. Slow focus for action stuff but I think $70 is worth it

that lens isn't very good... its 170 brand new.. you get what you pay for with photo/video stuff. I'd say dont get it.
