What would you consider heavy?

My friends have always thought my skis were heavy which I've never personally noticed but quite a few people seemed to agree with them, my friend has k2 domains with squires(which I know are ridiculously light bindings) and I've got Scott punisher jibs weighing in at 2670g per ski, would you guys consider this heavy or what? It doesn't really bother me, I've just always wondered.

Lol hit the gym. I ski jj's with p18's. Weight shouldn't be an issue.

If you're talking about Volkl explosives they're not that bad, although I have heard about those 997s, couldn't find the weight though. here's volkl explosives, they the right ones? 190 cm; 120/95/112 mm; 4236 grams.

People are always asking for light park skis, but I'd bet their weight differences are barely distinguishable when they're on your feet. Among similarly shaped park skis that is, it would be unfair to compare lizzies and like ar7s or something.

Nah I wasnt wanting a light ski, try reading the thread in future, I really don't notice them when they're on my feet,

The literal weight isn't what affects the way they feel when you ski. If the ski is heavy under foot but lighter in the tip and tails, the ski will feel very light. The swing weight matters. Not the actual weight

I prefer a ski with a good amount of weight underneath. Feels more solid and stable

One of my setups. Explosivs really aren't that heavy though. 190s are 2330g. Try Super 7s, 2780g.

Unless you're hiking or trying tech stuff on rails, forget about weight.

I am constantly hiking to get back up to the top of the park(as there's no tows anywhere near)and constantly trying technical things(for me) on rails, but I've never really been that bothered,

unless i'm hiking or touring with them i don't care how heavy skis are

for touring i consider anything over 9 pounds a pair to be somewhat heavy since i'm spoiled by dps's
