hmmm, I got memory access violation but then I closed some background programs and it worked fine. Just message skigamemaker with yoru precise problem including when and what happened. He will answer tomorow.

yo this is sick, it calls out the spins and grabs you do... only one thing...can you make an update that also does flips, and dif. variations on spins(misty, flat, rodeo, cork, etc.) and yea other wise this is sick, great job again guys!!!!

maybe if you could have a point system, where you add up all the points at the end with a time limit. It would make it a lot more competitive

good job guys, improvement on something even big game developers couldnt do right (johnny moseley....) the turning is soo much better. i didnt delete the old .exe though, it just asked me if i wanted to overwrite the old files and i clicked yes, everything works fine. no more glitch on the glade level either.

haha, the reaction time is how long it gives you to clikc on both grab buttons to get the grab, so for all of you who couldnt get the two button grabs last time, try setting teh reaction time down and your grabs will happen a little bit later but you should be able to hit them every time.

i too am getting this on win 2000 at work... havent tried home yet.

its a problem with the programming and can be fixed... so please who made jibberish take a look at this link for the fix in your code.

im researching more and more and im finding its not the user it is in fact the programmer...

A common cause of MAV (memory access violation) is using a float variable to store an entity in, search through your code for any '#' variables and make sure they aren't being used for entities.

d-loc.. while typing shit into google, try typing in 'blitz' with teh MAV. that may give you a little more SPECIFIC info. and you will see that it IS a end-user problem, but it's caused by some bad code.

^aight cool man, i wasnt knockin on anyone i was just saying it seemed to me it was looking like a code problem, but i cant see the code haha so i was just throwing it out there.

i never tried the first jibberish and just installed that after the new release and the first one is fine. so thats why i was thinking coding problem.

i was reading on blitz before i believe for a sec and i wasnt able to find any fix for it except in coding.

so is their no fix the user can do?

not the computer the video card specifically. the video card has to be able to dish out memory where its needed and older vid cards cant do that as well as the new. this laptop is about to go off lease here soon so its 3 years old. i tried playing a car simulator the other day and it was lag city.

the first one works on the laptop but is laggy. so im thinking its just this computer for me, but i will know once i am home on my suped up pc :)

My whole computer is less than 4 months old and i cant run it. Keep getting the memory access violation. I really dont think i have a hardware problem, inspiron 8600 w/ 1gig 2 dimm ram and whatever the highest video card option from dell is. Any suggestions?

i run an amd 64 3000+, ati radeon 9800 pro 128mb, and a gig of ram, i by all means shouldnt have a problem running this game, but i still get a memory access violation

^^^ & ^^ yeah if your vid card drivers are up to date then its not the vid card. make sure to update ur drivers and see if that helps. also make sure your setting in the game are the same as your vid card. 32bit vs 16 bit. in the game you can change the size of the window and also the quality of vid.

if its not the vid then the only thing it could be is a coding problem.

if you go to google and type memory access violation you will see its not a straight forward error. it a general error that occurs and most likely is a coding issue. in the code they need to set the memory bigger than it is. its cuasing issues with the setting in windows.
