Marker Griffon durability

Looking at a new set-up for next year, and I'm trying to decide on a new pair of bindings. I'd really love to try the newer Markers. It seems to be impossible to find the Jesters for a decent price, which has led me to consider the Griffons. In the past I've been cursed with bindings, breaking just about every pair I've owned, and I typically wouldn't consider a non-metal construction binding (like the Griffons.) What have your experiences been? Do they hold up?

For reference I'm 5'10", 165lbs.

I have marker griffons and love them! But from what your saying I would just go for like FKS so you dont have trouble with breaking plastic bindings...

Yeah, I was thinking my other options would be the FKS/new pivots or a beefy pair of PX's, which is what I'm riding right now.

Mine have been fine, they have decent durability, they are no metal binding, but I'm happy with how long they have lasted me. (Just finished my second season on them, using them again next year.)

However they certainely aren't bombproof, so if you have problems with breaking bindings, just get FKS or metal sollys instead.
