Konova Slider K3

Anyone on here have any experience with them?

Im about to bash my head in because the bearings wont loosen/tighten properly.

Please help me.

Not sure on how to loosen or tighten the bearings, but I hate the K3. 
I take 1 film class at my local junior college and they just got it, compared to my friends original konova slider that i've used quite a bit, the new one seems to really suck.
