Fujative sizing

I got the 179 fujatives and when i stand them up next to my friends 181 madtix they are taller, i dunno may just be the bend of the tail bit it is just a little weird. Anyone know anything about this?

k2 measures the skis by their running length. my 189 pistols are about 194cm...

deal with it K2 is the shit and with a longer ski comes smoother floatier style

yeah, some companies measure their skis from tip to tail, while others measure the length of the ski that touches the snow. it isn't that big of a deal unless you're racing or something. Does anyone know how Line and Rossi measure their skis? I just got some 177 Chronics and they are up to the top of my head, but I don't remember my buddy's old 170-something Scratches being that tall...

with my PE's they are shorter than they say not longer. Dont K2 measure from the tip to tail including the curves so they are shorter than the length they say? Other companys measure the height they reach.

wait so k2 deffinately only measures the part that touches the snow, so i actually have like 183 skis tip to tail?

i wish i would have known this before i bought them, though this probably wouldn't have changed my decision...going from 161 to 183-184 is going to be sketchy

That's a huge jump, but you'll be fine as long as your aren't 161 cm tall, and you know how to ski.

i am about 6 foot, and i can ride pretty well. i'm kinda new to rails and jumps and such, i've only got about a season under my belt trying them.
