Pretty cool, but a redbull chopper with a cineflex could do the same things? i mean, they can control the chopper themselves but it almost seems more limited? i dunno, just first thoughts.
The logistics of running two choppers safely is incredibly cumbersome. I think a remote controlled heli would diminish a lot of the safety/fuel issues that are present with piloted helis.
sweet, i'm also pretty sure that the running cost of this thing is a lot lower than that of a full size chopper ...
+it's also probably a lot faster/easier to deploy, while real choppers have to be scheduled in advance and you have to hope for good weather, this ones ready to go whenever they feel like it ...
Seems like the legs of the chopper might get in the way if they are too close to the ground. Still I'm sure brainfarm will find some crazy sick way to use it
That's what I'm thinking. Lower cost to run, easier to transport, it's there when ever they need it, and they can probably put it in some hairier situations and tighter spots than they would think of trying with a full size chopper.
also its going to be far quieter so i should be able to get closer to the action without putting the riders off, no doubt there will be some awesome footage coming from this
there are many, there are even kits for anything ranging from gopro to RED cameras, in the last 2 years aerial filming has gotten crazy, but without a doubt this is the most amazing i've seen so far ...
