Just found this video on YouTube. Its ridiculous how much things have changed in the past ten years. The riding is so basic and even the course is set up sloppy. I also posted this years winning run underneath, it's funny comparing the two.

Easy to say in hindsight. It's all relative, no way you could have put that run down back then at that time and age. Somebody had to pave the path, it's easy to say you have that run down when park skiing is a lot more mainstream now. And another point you are all ignoring is that instead of dying off, Tanner Hall has progressed with the best of them. Not sure if you're hating or not, but I just think it's idiotic to compare.

did anyone else notice how much longer the course in 2002 waS?
i wasn't counting but it looked like there was at least 2 or 3 more features than you would see today.

that being said, that course looked jig as fuck. some of the lips had chunk missing.

no because to do that you would have to do PAST spins. -2160s and such which simply does not make sense therefor you can only go forward in time using future spins so that you can visit the future where you will be absolute garbage.

Thats crazy, but you still need to give tanner props he was only 15 and killed it so hard back then. Without what he and other freeskiers did back in th early 2000s I personally don't think skiing would be where it is today.

1.Pole length was double what it is now
2: Racer tucks between jumps
