So earlier this year I completely busted the heel piece on one of my FKSs. I sent it out to rossi and they fixed it for me. Just the other day when I was looking at my skis I realized when my boot wasn't clicked in it wiggled a lot. I could take my hand and pull the heel piece up and down about a half an inch with out any resistance. On the other binding the heel piece hardly budges. When I do have my boot clicked in there isn't a noticeable difference and they still SEEM to release correctly. So, is there something wrong with my heel piece? Should I get it checked out?
Mine all wiggle a little that's just how they are after a season or so...now if they are pre-releasing due to the wiggle that is something I have fixed by adjusting the arms because sometimes those come a little loose too. I think that was what you were asking about?
sounds to my like you broke the plastic tab that keeps the binding from spinning around. the same thing happened to me and rossi replaced it. pic please?
