Alright, here is the scoop. For the last two years I have been raging on the Line Motherships with much success. For some reason people hate them, say they are weak and such, but I have done all the stupid things the next person has, and loved them. Mostly it was the flex on them, which will make or brake a ski no matter who the manufacturer is. The '02s that I have are fairly soft tip and tail and quite solid under everywhere elce which I have found works out quite well. That is the background info.
This year I may be switching to the Made'n AK's or the new Mothership Titanium's. I have not yet had the opportunity to see them in stores yet or ski them, but I know someone here has. How is the flex on the Made'n? Similar to the ships, or is it softer or stiffer all around? I might be able to deal with a little softer but I would prefer a stiffer ski.
So anyone got some feedback they could shoot my way? I would be stoaked to find out what all you guys thought when you felt them. It doesnt have to be strictly the K2 vs. Line stuff to, how does the 'Torsion Box' constuction compare to the Salomon or Volkl stuff?
Thanks dudes.
