Should my shop do anything about my bindings?

Back in September I got marker griffons(bad decision I know now) and they fitted them with either 110mm or 130mm brakes(I'll measure later if you guys need me to) and they've just been such a hassle, they've been catching in the snow, they've bent to shit multiple times, and It's just been really annoying. Also I've had my toepiece blow up, and when they replaced it they got a toe which had about a mm more height in it than the one In my other ski, also the heel/brake track on the skis are different lengths, I was talking to the tech in a good shop(I always go there now even though I have to take a train) said I should try talk to them to see if there was anything they could do about all these problems, cause I'm always in there having to try to get them to screw the binding back on the plate and stuff. Sorry for the poor grammar, I was wondering if you guys think I should get my shop to do something? and if so what?

well if your brakes are too wide, that would account for all the brake snags and bendings, the other probs sounds like its related to you outskiing the binding. Try for a warranty once your season is up. If they get warrientied, put that money towards a set of jesters/mojos/fks

The Marker Griffon 13's have an adjustable toe height, if you have the 13 that's an easy fix. Brakes are easy to replace. Your shop should be able to get it all squared away for you no problem.

I have found that often the heel piece on my jesters slides back on the track, like what you described half down. I have had similar problems with barons, both bindings are mounted at 10 and even after being adjusted they will often slide back on the track. I'm not really sure what to think about this as I haven't heard any other stories similar to own.

I know what the problem is and how to fix it, when you take off marker bindings they have a worm and track sort of design, they may have been mounted too far forwards/back, so that not all the teeth of the worm are on the track, and when you take your heel out the forward pressure pushes it forwards, that's what happens with mine but I'm not gonna get them remounted because I need to get a more durable binding.
