Hey guys, about a month ago I went out and filmed this edit with my friend luke-
<iframe src="https://www.newschoolers.com/videoembed/441985" class="nsVideoEmbed" width="360" height="225" frameborder="0" style="border: 0px; padding: 0xp; margin: 0px;"></iframe>
After we were done filming and going over the footage, I told him that we really needed more landing shots. He seems to think that all the shots were fine (obviously i mean he was the one shooting them). So, i need your opinions! thanks!

honestly if someone's filming you, there's really no room to bitch. he's doing you a favor-- so instead of being picky on what shots he gets, be thankful he's out there doing it

oh man, riders are the pickiest people in the world, sometimes you just have to tell them to fuck off

damn, pretty happy to say i've never filmed a picky rider... everyone i've chose to film is just super stoked i'm following them around with a dope camera. apparently this happens more than I thought. I'd be pretty pissed if someone was demanding certain shots and constantly bitching. I'd agree with everyone above, fuck off

Pretty cool but I have to agree with you, not enough on the inrun too.

same here, i really would not film someone if the were being stuck up about it, most people i film are greatful to have someone film them, maybe its an east coast thing haha

Alright guys, I wasn't "bitching" to him or "being picky", i was just trying to help out a friend who's relatively knew to filming make one of his first ski edits. I just happened to be the kid on the other side of the lens. Now, instead of telling me how I should just be grateful he's filming me, which dont get me wrong I am, im super stoked on the edit! Just give me some damn feedback that I could pass on to him because it was both of our ideas to make the thread. thank you

I thought it was pretty good; much better than the expectations I had from the comments made. The only thing I didn't really like was how the ending was so abrupt, mainly because all of a sudden there was that randomly framed table shot and then it was over.
Personally I thought there was a good amount of shots of landings, maybe some more inruns would've been nice, but because it was consistently without inruns I didn't miss them that much. I feel like inrun shots are good for setting up a new scene or something and aren't always necessary. I thought the editing went well with the music choice, and it was actually pretty good for a first attempt, if that's what it was.

We're giving you feedback bro, and it's to stop being so picky and bitchy and let the dude make his own edit. I'm sorry that it's not what you came on here looking to hear, but that's the way it goes.
