Not bad, but far from finished. I liked what I heard, but I have 2 grievance:

1. Intro - you were doing too much with your guitar and it sounded cluttered and barely kept time. Consider splitting up the tracks into rhythm and lead.

2. To the End sounds like a Cunninlynguists ripoff from A Piece of Strange. Not even kidding. And I don't mean that in a good way.

haha not even the same sample, but ok. don't see how they can sound the same being as they're two completely different songs made into 2 other completely different songs.

Are these all samples or did you do the guitar on the intro yourself?

word, listening to intro, i'd say compress your hi hat (and the high frequencies in general). do you have a multiband compressor in logic? and did you pull the audio out of the drum machine?

a lot of this isn't mastered because i don't really know how to do it and i didn't put in all the time to limit and compress each and every track.

im not using a drum machine I'm not lil wayne. these are sampled from vinyl, everything you hear is how it is when i get to it minus eq'ing, compressing, sampling and effects.

damn son. if you mix it, it will sound literally 3000x better. the musical aspect sounds good already, i liked the guitar in the intro. mix your shit. it doesnt even take that long and is not that hard. mixing is literally all about levels. pull all your faders down and start at your kick drum. make sure it's at -12db. and then work from there. If it sounds soft to you just pull up your computer volume.

Oh and in the future, it's always easiest if you mix as you are writing your song. so start out with the kick drum (again), and use a reference track (a similar track in which you want your mix to sound similar to) to compare it to while mixing so you can get the exact sound you want.

definitely could keep the time better, but I don't agree with anything else said here at ALL. the feel here is reminiscent of the way hendrix plays little wing. definitely keep the single track going, just play it tighter.

Yeah, it would be more impressive if they weren't just samples, but I really like it nonetheless. And yes, in certain sections the drums seem to sit on top of the mix too much.

Good stuff though, very laid back. I like.
