What is the best/affordable beginner video camera?

Im looking to start making some edits and I dont wanna spend too much money on a camera since Im on a budget, what is the best video camera I could get for some park recordings thats either 350 or under

I'm probably gonna have to get rid of my gopro due to fogging issues, I've tried everything and I just can't get it to stay clear for more than 15 minutes.
