^ you are a lazy fuck. sure you can submit any type of skiing edit for a L1 superunknown. only Laurent O really had any BC shots this year out of the 'finalists'. Logan had some a couple years ago, and I'm convinced that aided his victory.

Hyped. His edit was easily my favorite out of all of them. I just hope they film some lines with him because thats what I enjoyed most about his edit, those linked features. Kid has a Delorme level of body control and style, I cant wait to see what he puts out.

Props to Level 1 for picking the most unique skier out there. It's true that none of the other entries showcased such a unique style. There were so many new tricks in that edit and that's not something a lot of skiers can claim. Also, he was pretty much unknown which brings back the contest to its roots, finding an underground skier and bringing him to the L1P team.

well you see without us buying movies there would be no level 1. they would be broke and no contest.... but yea lucas is sick. he has a crazy outlook on skiing and i think people in a year or 2 are gunna think he was the right choice. its not about who can do the most dubs or swaps on and urban rail. its about who can bring the most the table for the company

This is the only thing I don't like about him, early grabbing=bad. Just because no one else is doing something doesn't instantly make it a good idea.

A lot of good points, but it seems everybody supports him in hindsight. I don't remember anybody saying anything or being outraged when he wasn't announced as a finalist. If he has such a unique and "sick" style I really would have thought more people would have mentioned him even if he didn't make finalists, etc.

really wanted Ross to win, but this guy is pretty sick, wouldnt have been my choice because of the lack of some banger tricks, but the creativity alone made the edit enjoyable to watch, looking forward to seeing what he will do in the movies

I wouldn't say I disagree with the decision just a little surprised. No doubt this kid will bring a lot to the table for level 1, he's a real innovative skiier and knows the direction he wants to head. With that being said there were TONS of talented skiiers this year and it really could've gone to anyone. I look forward to see what this kid puts out in the future. Congrats LSM!

there are still tons of skiers who have "given up" technicality for style that are way sicker. but i feel like this kids edit is just another video of the day. there was no single moment in that video where i was impressed. with all do respect.

i agree it was well done that they picked an underground skier..but its just foolish for you to say that there were new tricks in that edit. tapping knuckles and coming off rails early...not new tricks
