Alright so lately I've been really getting into making movies, skiing, trampoline and stuff like that. This kid wants to sell me a perfectly good glidecam XR-2000 for $75. Do you guys think its worth it?
yes, 75 bucks is a steal. not too familiar with the xr series but i love my hd glidecam and you can get creative and use it for all sorts of videos. they're an awesome investment
thats a steal of a deal if it works and everything. i have been looking at different options for about a month now and glide cam seems to be the best choice out there....but if your like me thats a wee bit out of my price range so i did some reasearch found some alternatives watched about a billion DIY videos and then i stumbled across FLYCAM stabalization systems they seem to be pretty much the same thing as a glide cam just a hell of alot cheaper im not sure about the comparison between the two but everyone says they seem to be fairly equal. i myself am going to order a flycam soon :D but my 2 cents is just do a little bit of reasearch about other options if this 75 $ one doesnt fall through or if its all brokn and shitty
I have a flycam...it sucks a lot. Hard to balance correctly, screws loosen up way too easily. I'll sell you mine for 50 bucks obo. Getting a glidecam, dont want to deal with the hassle of shaky shots
anyone else find it funny how qyzxyzxa, coleaddison, and jibcrew all commented on this old thread in a row saying stupid shit? all we need is splice now
