Replying to Extreme Freak Out game help.

I down loaded this game and played it once for like 2 hours straight and after that, it wouldnt open. I downloaded it again, played once, and only gets to the producer vids that play when you first open it. after that, it says an error has ocurred. anything i need to do? Can i fix it? or should i just re- download it anytime i want to play it? I was thinking about downloading it once more and hoping 3rd times the charm. thanks. karma will be given to help.
