Replying to FCP help...

due to my lack of editing this year i seem to run into some sort of problem everytime i use fcp.

i made a edit everything is good to go but when i exported the video it was square...

my sequence settings are:

HDTV 720p

square (box beside is checked)

None

23.98

Prores 422

so what im asking is what can i do to get it back to normal size if anything
