Wow, quality info here.
Since you are doing mostly inbounds the Duke/Baron/Salomon AT bindings will work best since they are pretty bomber. The caveat: heavy and not great for long tours.
Fritschi bindings are lighter and are ideal for longer tours. These bindings put you higher on the ski and are less bombproof.
Ultimate touring setup = Tech binders like Dynafit. While people do ski these inbounds plenty I sure as shit wouldn't be too comfortable with it. This is the absolute lightest set up however, great for looooong tours. You do need to buy a new boot with tech inserts though.
