Yeah a lot of those athletes are just plain old gifted at sports in general, not to mention some started out skiing before snowboarding. I have only snowboarded a handful of times and am better than half of the snowboarders on the hill (talking about your weekend warriors here). I believe it was hampus and jakob from afterlame that skiied as a joke and were actually not bad at it.
