I see what you're trying to do here. If you want it to look more like water you have to take the bottom half and distort it a bit by pulling the bottom half up and having it reflect at an angle.

^ yours looks like you used ocean ripples, that sucks.....do the nagle thing, blur it a lil with some motion blur then add some ripple....but it'll still look gay, i don't think the ripple is cool
