Thats my local shop, where both the owners are sponsored fixed/track riders, than you have Wolfpack Hustle in the US. When they are sold in the shops, they generally have a front brake on them, hence making them legal... If you ride without one, I think your an idiot, because you arent riding on a track, but in the street, but you can explain how it makes it better to the dead kid I watched get hit by a car.
Regardless, Dont buy a fixed/track bike, you dont know what your doing, just get a lil hybrid, or single speed, dont waste the money.

The motoecanes, windsor hours, and kilos are all good starters.
and when you do buy it, take it to a shop to be built. Then after a few rides, take it again to be retightened, and tuned. This is one type of cycling that you dont want to risk.
