well i dont think that one was supposed to be real,   the 'did you know' is that they used to think that.

but i agree some of these are bogus.
ex there may be a billion+ earth like planets.

If you fold a piece of paper in half 50 times, the stack of paper would be 2^50 pieces of paper. I don't know how thick paper is, but I have another way of putting it into perspective: One byte (8 bits) is a tiny amount information. The thickness of a piece of paper is also a tiny value. 2^50 pieces of paper stacked on top of eachother would be the equivalent of 1024 terabytes if the thickness of the paper equaled one byte.

Haha there are extras in the system though like the double cheese burger meal isn't actually on the menu as well as the 6 piece meal and you can also buy some things seperate like chicken patties and reg meat. Woooow I know way too much about mcdonalds

It's a comparison I created to explain how such a seemingly small thickness could be multiplied to create such a huge distance. If the width of one piece of paper were equal to one byte, 2^50 pieces of paper would equal a shit ton of bytes. 2^50 pieces of paper means nothing to most people; however, most people can wrap their heads around the size of a terabyte.
