Girl retracts FALSE rape accusation, TEN years latter.

In 2001, An 11 year old girl, Cassandra Ann Kennedy, accused her father of rape. He spent the next ten years in jail.

Now she says she made it up.

Professional feminist bitch Sue Baur, who also happens to be the local prosecutor, has decided not to charge the 23 year old, stating that charging her would 'discourage' girls from reporting sexual assaults.


This is a prime case of the lack of accountability for women in our society.

i dont really know what to say about this.    she made it up when she was 11, and when youre 11 you arent very smart or really that conscious for that matter.   i guess the most recent half decade she was just building up the courage.
still a bs case though.    why didnt they figure out what happened during the trial - innocentuntilproven.

This is only an example of terrible parenting, nothing more, nothing less. Was it bad if his time in prison was unjust? Sure. But there's a much larger problem than women being less accountable than men, it's that parents have almost no accountability for how they raise their children. The vast majority of parents in this country think it's ok to hit children. Let's get our priorities straight.

seriously though, in a court of law, men basically have no rights. child custody, alimoney, child support, divorces, and on and on.

did they at least get a gy/no to examine the girl? if the girl was raped at 11, there is going to be some evidence of it happening. seems like the cards were stacked against the father from the beginning.

if the girl was getting beat, i don't feel bad for what happened to the guy, but i would definitely say that the system failed the girl which forced her to take the wrong approach.
