Okay, so I got a new car stereo with a front and rear USB port. I want to attach a 64gb SSD drive to the back so I always have my music. But first, I want to convert everything to 128kbps mp3 for compatibility and size reasons. However, I don't want to re-encode the majority of my music that is already 128kbps mp3. Is there any converter out there that will skip files already in the target format?
