Replying to FOCO PEOPLE: Anyone looking for a room next year?

Hey so I have two rooms available in the town home Im living in it. Its a really nice/new place and is block away from the student center. Its a four bedroom three bath with a washer and drier. Theres also a room with a balcony available if that makes a difference. Rent is $475 a month. My room mate and I are gonna be juniors next year. We like to party and are 420 friendly but at the same time work part time jobs and take school seriously. Lemme know if your interested.
