Mount Snow

I know mount snow closed last weekend but i was wondering if anyone knew if carinthia was still in tact and worth hiking for a spring film sesh. pretty bummed the season got cut so short

no, mountains put everything away when they are done. you can bring your own rail if you want, but all of their rails are gonzo. im not sure if they leave the jumps and pipe intact though.

im quite sure you could grab a rail and set it up, i used to do it all the time with my buddies

In previous years you've been able to do this at Mt. Snow, but no word on whether or not it'll continue with the new park manager.  If you're close, might as well give it a shot and report back.

Otherwise, hit up Loon or something...still a lift accessible park.

It's Cutter's Camp this week...so I wouldn't plan on hiking.

It was ROUGH closing weekend there, and I can only imagine they farmed as much snow as possible to prepare for Cutter's. So I doubt there's much up on the hill right now.

Go to new england forums and look at the motherfuckin mt snow this saturday thread, there is a vid of some people sessioning stuff at mt snow. They keep their rails out until the peace pipe railjam in may.
