About 2 months ago I started running very regularly, I got my body in the habit of running 4-5 days a week. Now I decided to take it a little further and go for a full Marathon. 2 months ago, my first time running in a long time I ran a mile with a 9'57 pace. A few days ago I ran 8 miles with a 9'34 pace.
Has anyone else tried this before?
Also, what are some of your favorite songs to listen to while running? I need to start expanding my playlist for these longer runs.
Also, if anyone else wants to join me, I'm shooting for an October marathon. Don't know where yet, but it seems like it will be kind of a big deal so I'd be willing to make a trip out of it. We could have a NS team.
