Shrooms..

Its not good or bad, its just different. You will decide if its good or bad. That said, I have had more incredibly awesome mushroom trips than bad ones, and the bad trips are good trips in the morning.

Fact: Mushrooms don't change people. People change themselves. If you change from a bad trip, its because you lost control, or made the decision to change. The life changing power of psychedelics comes from how you integrate the experience into your life after your trip. Taking smaller doses = a milder trip = easier re-integration. (this is coming from what I've read about Rick Strassman's DMT trials, a significantly more powerful drug, so you can imagine that mushrooms won't fuck you forever - no significant life changes in any test subjects). I always need to sit down the day after a big trip and talk about it or just think about it for a while. Its important to not just shove it away, because thats how you do damage.

All in all though, perfectly safe. I suggest you eat 2 grams, knowing that you're about to have a fucking amazing night (first time is always good), have an empty house and a really close friend who's taken mushrooms before, and just enjoy yourself.

TURN YOUR PHONE OFF AND HIDE IT. You don't want it with you when you're tripping, it will just be too complicated and confusing and you will get frustrated trying to use it.

Eat, chill with good music, soon as you feel body buz - smoke to kickin, sometimes fun to turn of lights and play with clear plastic poster frame sheets that cover / protect the picture (the wobble noises can send you off), if feelin good look yourself in the mirror when your peakin (you can see your soul), keep the good vibe toons rollin.
