Lossless editting between premiere and after effects? (60d footage)

I brought in native 60d footage and edited it all in premiere. I want to export it to After effects, after effects the footage and then export it back to premiere without losing any fucking quality!
I have tried opening my premiere project in after effects. But it is very hard to work on one section with every shot you have sitting in the timeline. Also at this point I am still lost on how to get it back into premiere.
Too tired to be able to find the answer online right now. Please help me out!

You should be able to open the Premiere project file in Effects, do your thing, then open it back up in Premiere.

you can do individual clips, and then there is an option in premiere that says something like "replace with after effects composition." but it should be very simple, one of the reasons I switched over (besides a new computer/64 bit etc) from final cut was that I wanted to learn after effects and edit my footage without spending hours converting it (avc-intra)

Ok, so I can go into after effects and open my premiere project. My only option from there is to put sequence 1 into the timeline. From there I can shift click and go into it (pre composed), then I am stuck with timeline with 100 clips in it all along the timeline. Very hard to work with....
BUT even if I did do my effects over top of that. From there my only option is to save the project as an adobe after effects project. And when I go to premiere it will not let me import an ae project.
I do not have working dynamic link.
I am searching for a solution where I can export my footage losslessly from each program.
