good job on the song, I tried this back in the summer with ableton live and massive but never really had the patience to get do all the tedious little sounds. Maybe when I have more time on my hands I'll try again
Ya exactly. I'm not a fan of dubstep much but I didn't come in here acting like a 12 year old wining about how much I dislike it. So it doesnt take as much talent as other types of music, so the fuck what? who cares I liked what this kid did and its genre of music. I bet if I posted classical music you would all be just as butt-hurt and yet it takes a lot of skill. Don't act like a whiny bitch just because you don't like a genre of music.
no clue. that being said if i heard any song by that guy then i'm 87.39 percent sure i could tell you who it was.
dubstep is a broad genre. it can incorporate stuff from this
to this
to harder hitting songs like this
and back to chill songs like this
in fact, i'm sure many people on this site like Pretty Lights, am I right? Pretty Lights incorporates dubstep into MANY of his songs. Not all, but many of them.
I'm not one of those kids who likes dubstep and JUST dubstep, in fact I hate about 90 percent of the dubstep that kids I know name. Guys like Skrillex, Nero, Mt. Eden, they just don't do it for me anymore. I'm tired of the nasty, filthy, heavy dubstep/brostep. I greatly prefer songs like the first and second when it comes to dubstep.
yee, i like his older stuff more though. especially hold on. something about that underlying subtle wub gets me, its so chill yet one of the heaviest bass wubs ive listened to if i hook up to my speakers/sub.
