I don't know if there has already been a thread for these but I just bought a pair of these bindings for my 2012 Armada Thall's just wondering what peoples opinions of them is!
Love them. Tyrolia bindings are solid, durable, reliable, and at a good price. Just wait until you get them in your hands, you will love them. Can not say enough about how much I love these bindings!
mine were awesome until the breaks broke a few times, there not the lightest binding in the world but did the job and kept me same this season, i would recommend a different binding, i got the fks mid season, over the peak 15, but the peak 15s are still a really solid binding

Lol, your complaining about tyrolia brakes and then bought FKS? Your either spouting bullshit, or completely retarded... Tyrolia brakes are bomber unless you WAY overtorque the brake screws. FKS brakes on the other hand, brake VERY easily, and when you do break them, its a several month, many dollar fiasco to get them replaced.
FKS were great when the brake was on the toe piece, then they fucked them up, and moved the brakes to the heel, and made lots of little complex parts that they will not sell separately.
relax man, my Tyrolia breaks were all bent up after about 3 weeks on the hill and my fks are holding up just fine, so im actually very glad i made the switch over, i didnt do anything to the screws, the breaks bent, the underfoot of the break then exploded when i landed switch and now i cant even put the break down because the plastic cracked and the spring is sticking up, i can show you pictures if you really want to, so maybe you should listen to what happened before you say im "spouting bullshit or completely retarded"
and sorry for the spam buster thing, dont know how that happened
I've got 18's (4frnt version) and have never felt more solidly in place and secure than in them. I suspect the 15's are the same. I won't go to another type of binding.
i broke a pair of tyrolia brakes after four days of riding on them. i put around 60 days on my fks and the brakes are fine. i do like my tyrolia peak 15s but prefer fks
Did you pop out landing backwards? Cuz honestly that is really the only way to break brakes... And if your constantly popping out backwards, your weight is too far forward when your landing backwards, which is like being in the backseat, but instead its the frontseat, facing backwards...
