Did he submit a Superunknown this year? Ever since the Parimaj media webisodes, when he first appeared on my radar, I've always maintained he is one of the most stylish skiers. He has that unique talent of being able to combine big spins with great style, and his rail game is up there with the best.
Well Level 1 posts all the finalists over a few days on their fb, so I'm hoping to see his entry there. IMO he should have won already. I also found out about him from the Parimaj episodes. I've watched his Nike Chosen literally 7 times now.
If he didn't have one, it's probably because of the lack of snow in MN for urban. In his Nike Chosen they had a lot of repeat footage from the last 2 Superunknowns, and you can't really enter the same footage into the same contest twice.
TJ Schiller, has and always will be, i dont care if he pretty much hasn't skied in 2 years because of some bum ACL's, he got me into skiing and he is the best canadian skier there is.
Lupe is ridiculous...get's better and better every time I see him ski. I personally think he's got one of the best Rodeo 5s and Switch Rodeo 5s out there, not to mention 3swaps for DAYS!
Seth Morrison, he was great at park late 90's then said fuck this big mountain is better, then started doing doubles off 80 footers just to stay ahead. Sean Pettit, too. For backcountry jumps, Eric Pollard. For park, Wallisch or Harlaut.
