2nd Callout Thread: TheHotPocket

Before everybody gets all hyped up, I know this is my 2nd thread about him and the first one was a mistake. So heres the deal...

About a month ago I bought a JIberish Verde from TheHotPocket, It had been about 3 weeks since he'd contacted me and it hadn't arrived until he sent me a message about 3 weeks ago saying how he reeally fucked up with shipping, he said he shipped the wrong thing and was shipping my verde asap. Its been over a month since I bought it from and no sign of it arriving.

All I know about him is his first name is Dan and I think he lives in Minnasota, it was my first purchase on NS so I was naive about contact info and I was just eager to buy it from him. I bought it for $55 and I just want my money or sweater back...

Please if anybody knows anything about him please just tell what you know, thanks guys i'll try to add photos of our conversation

maybe you shoulda got his info like you said......i hope you get your shit, but sometimes shit happens. Sometimes people get robbed and nobody does anything about it, actually that kinda happens a lot.

noooooo jake, i remember you trying to sell them but sucks that he is being so difficult. I would try and ask a admin/mod for some information like a name, phone number to contact him. I'll send bad karma his way, he's too irresponsible to be doing business here

well. as unfortunate this is I feel I must reopen this thread as things seemed to be resolved but were not. He pm'd me saying he'd refund me but he said he would "need some time" so its been 3 weeks since I've heard a word from him, and this "purchase" has been a total nightmare.
