Thoughts? My friend has a trampoline and the company messed up his order so he got double of everything, therefore breaking something isnt too big of a problem. We were thinking of just trying to jump on it with our skis, but we don't know if its safe or efficient. Should we try ankle weights/cardboard? Nothing at all? Thanks~
Jumping on it with your skis will give you are very low transfer of energy as your pressure is spread over the area of the ski, so don't do that. Ankle weights are the way to go. See if you can put them next to each other and jump from one to another, might get you used to having consequences when you don't give it enough.
me and my friend tried it on his tramp his tramp is pretty shitty and you cant get alot of air and you can only do 3s so even with a good tramp you couldnt even do 5s you get like 3ft of air and its not worth it, it doesent damage the tramp but you cant do any thing you couldnt do on a small jump
