186 on3p jeffrey or billygoat tour?

I just got Jeffery's and have skied them three times now. I love them I might do a little touring on them soon with some trekkers i have but i would definetly recommend them. super fun ski!

You may want to consider the Vicik Tour or the Tychoon (apologies for spelling), Tychoon is new for next year, the waist is sub 100. Understandably the Vicik Tour is going to be lighter than the BillyGoat tour, but I'm not sure if the BillyGoat tour will be lighter than the Jefferey (my guess is that it is though). The BillyGoat and the Vicik are much more directional than the Jefferey, so I would go for those two over the jefferey because I assuming you won't be skiing switch pow that much with dynafits. I use a Caylor mounted with old black dukes (replaced broken day wrekkers) as my touring ski, I am planning on buying a more dedicated touring ski next year when I have more $$$ and I am pretty set on Vicik Tour w/Dynafits

I'm pretty sure I want at least 100mm underfoot I'm just hung up on whether ill be able to do any switch riding. with the vicik that's just out of the question. I've been using trekkers on my caylors  this year and definitely have fun cruising the low angle trees switch. do dynafits have problems releasing or retaining when you ride switch or are people just sketch cause they're so minimal? im a pretty small person

what is the stiffness like on the wailor?

I was looking at the black diamond amperage too but it seems to be nearly the same specs wise as the bg's and it's only like 10 oz lighter for the pair. anyone have any experience with these?

Billy Goats. I've been skiing those over Caylors recently when the factory takes a day off to go ski. They're not as jibby as the Caylor/Jeffrey, but are so much more responsive, maneuverable and aggressive, do great to charge on.

how much lighter are the bg tours than the bg's? i love my bg's but as of now they're too heavy for me to put dynafits on. i currently have them on wailer 105's which weigh nothing and i'm willing to add a little more weight in order to get a fatter more fun ski for the way down but i don't want to add too much

I have the jeffrey and its crazy amounts of fun. It can do anything you want it to and is even pretty fun in the park. That being said I've never toured before, so I can't speak from experience on what it would be like with dynafits. However from what I've heard the BG is great for touring.

You pretty much get used to whatever your setup is. I use 110 mm waist k2s with fritschis and have no issues despite my heavy setup
