and what does that prove?

1. it proves you dont know what was said during the 911 tape
2. that Zimmerman called the police.
3. that Zimmerman was following Martin.

this proves nothing about if the Martin attacked Zimmerman, or if Martin was doing anything illegal, nor does that prove if Martin was shot in cold blood because Zimmerman was a racist.

I am not choosing sides on this because the media has not allowed both sides to be know. Obama comes out saying "he could be my son" before all of the facts come out, sounds like someone didnt learn from the whole Harvard teacher fiasco. I will say that it is wrong if there was no justified reason and this guy should get the death penalty or life in prison, however both sides are not really know. I just saw that there is a potential that Zimmerman's 911 calls were doctored to a certain extent. It just seems to me like the media wants guilt until proven innocent

what else would saying we don't need you to follow him imply? everything he said in the transcript frames him as the agressor. he agreed to meet the 911 responders in a different location from where the shooting happened. some one on the call is crying "help me" two audio experts confirmed it was not zimmerman.

he followed and killed an unarmed kid, you don't have a different opinion you have a flawed personality

Yes, of course being charged and convicted are 2 very different things. However, any sheriff or police chief would have seen that he had been charged with a Felony for assault on a police officer and that it had been pleaded down and still would have denied the permit.

He was convicted of a misdemeanor, but it was still for assault on a Police Officer, and any sheriff/chief here in California would have denied the permit on those grounds.

Local police should never have that power. They are not law makers and should never have the ability to withhold someone's constitutional rights based on their own discretion. That's why "must issue" states are so much smarter..

This is what is not needed. Someoe posted earlier that the problem with this case is that Zimmerman used vigilante justice. Well that is what black panther is doing also. Let the law do their job! He will get to trial and if he is convicted then he should face the death penalty. But don't send a lunch mob after someone who may be innocent. And don't try and say oh I know he's guilty because we don't. The only people who can do that is a jury in the court of law.

this case is so so so fucked up.

first martin attacked zimmerman, then he didnt, now he did.
then zimmerman called 911, but thats not his voice.
then neighbors heard martin crying for help, then it was zimmermans voice, now its martins again.

this is gonna turn into a huge fuckin shitshow of a case.

but one thing i struggle to understand is how quickly this became a racist issue.
what is with the whole hoodie thing??
everyone i know wears hoodies, everyone! it has absolutely zero to do with african americans or any sort of gang effiliation.
its just so sterotypically racist. profiling at its finest.

white male shoots black kid = blacks claim its racist.
white male shoots black kid = whites claim its self defense.

what if martin was white? or zimmerman was black? guaranfuckinteed the same actions and results would have occured.

i cant wait to see how this plays out.

also, on a side note, i wake up every morning thankfull that i dont live in america.

Well most lifers rarely get to be with the main prison population so the possibility of him getting "taught a lesson" is minimal. But I concur that life in prison is more fitting than the death penalty even though they are overcrowded as it is, so we should probably start killing off more criminals..

i am guessing you are a person who believes what ever he hears on the news and wants to persecute a man for what could be self defense. as i stated above(maybe you should read the whole thread?) if he is found guilty then he deserves to be persecuted. But in america every man has the right to stand trial, a lot of people do not want to give zimmerman that chance.

Right, and so do the victims. Zimmerman should have been investigated and arrested for trial at the scene. You have to prove your self defense. Especially in a shady situation like this one.

Ya, the media is fucking retarded and I dont see why people get so damn caught up in it before looking for the full story. Have at least a little faith in the court system, if someone is killed and no one is charged, there is a reason for it. Innocent till proven guilty and all.

Assuming that this guy really was assaulted, i still think he should get man slaughter. You should only be able to kill someone in defense if your life is really in danger, and it certainly doesnt look like he was nearly beat to death.

As for your comment about the court system - he has not been in any court system nor he ever will be because he was not charged with anything. Get it yet?

Only way to get him into "the court system" is for a thorough investigation into how this case was handled by the residing police department.

But from what i know Zimmerman went to approach martin and then a fight ensued and Zimmerman eventually shot Martin, now this is NOT fact. but i dont think either of them were doing the right things that night.

now why would Martin attack if Zimmerman was just asking what he was doing?
did Zimmerman start the fight? that blows the whole self defense case out the window and he should be guilty.


this is why I am saying no one can draw conclusions because there are so many unanswered questions.

this is the first time i stated my opinion on what happened, probably going to start another shit storm.
