Best way to do a small compress?

Hey guys, just finished up a video and was about to upload to vimeo, but it is 526mb and since I am not a plus member I can only upload 500mb a week. Any advise on how to compress this enough to upload it, without losing much or any quality since this video has already gone through 2 computers.

Thank you sir, my kbps were at 14000 I beieve. But I just found out the file didn't save... looks like I have to go through and re color correct everything eh.

aw bummer...just make Command/S a habit, or set your autosave to be more frequent.

Yeah, I have decided this edit hates me. Oh well I am pretty sure this last render will work. Basically it crashed my main editing computer, so I had to take the rough draft of the edit off vimeo and place it on this shitty laptop. Then once I re-cut and redited everything the upload file was to big.(by 26 mb) When I opened up vegas since thats all this laptop can handle I found that I didn't save the file. So I did a very quick run through just to get my blacks and whites fairly consistant. Then I rendered and as I was rendering I removed my SD card, it ended up making about 3 of the files from new footage I added stop working. Now with my SD card put back in, I am re rendering for probably the 4th time and hoping that it will work. I guess that is just the struggle of editing. I must say I have gone through worst though.
