Bdog all the way i have one and you couldn't honestly ask for more in a jacket. Fd isn't going to keep you warm because i've tried my friend's fd wear and it's ok, just not as good in my opinion

B-Dog if you want to look like a pro

FD right now for a good price on good gear. anyone who tells you FD is shit, is just trying to be on the ns hype train. had mine for awhile and its still going strong

B-Dog's quality is amazing, got mine since last year and its stills in perfect shape (skiing with it 20days / year for 2 years). Super warm.

I dont know what fd was thinking this year those vertika coats were quite ugly. Blooms have zip off sleeves also if that's what you're looking for but I've never had one. Didn't see too many being sold on here so people must be hanging on to them?

I got a bloom jacket and fucking love I absolutely no problems and customer service is beyond amazing. Definitely gonna be popular in the next couple years

I have this years FD suit (red/blue jacket, black pants) and I couldn't be happier. The stuff is super warm. I usually wear a loose fitting base layer underneath the jacket and I'm perfectly comfortable. If it does get warm out, there's so many vents to open that I still stay comfortable. Plus the sleeves zip off if it's really warm out.

It's actually super waterproof. I was riding Big Sky last week, in some of the heaviest, wettest snow I have ever been in, and stayed perfectly dry.

And it has held up awesome. Not even any cuts in the cuffs in the cuffs from ski edges. The only marks on them are from slipping out on a rail, and it getting slid on between the rail and my knee brace.

I'm completely satisfied with my gear this year, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Bdog is awesome but everybody has it.. FD are a little more creative cause theres more colours but i heard its cheaper

Orage makes quality outerwear. As others have stated BDog > FD.

Outwear durability shouldn't even be a concern IMO. If it even has a "life span" its not worth buying IMO. Except for pants mabeye ripping, and zippers busting, outerwear should never wear out.
